What Causes Spurs Blocking Sinus Passages?

Hi, I recently saw an EENT and was told that I have spurs blocking my sinus passages. I plan to have surgery in June when school is out, but a few nights ago I started having a tapping sensation in my head when I lay down. Do you think it s related to my sinus problem? What else could it be?

Blocked nose due to spur, trapped air can cause some unusual sensation,
depending on the site of acuumulation.

In my opinion, go ahead for the surgery to prevent complications like sinusitis or ear infections.
