What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Chest?

Had stabbing incredible pain in my chest..quick took aspirin and krill oil ..heart skipped then started racing fast followed by numbness and throbbing feeling in chest and vein left neck area ..all the for 20 min..is this anxiety or should a that emergency..initial pain was 9 out of 10..

Definately it need expert consultation..
It can be anything from heart attack to irregular heart beating(arrhythmia)...
Your complains points more toward heart problem..
Better get an ecg dond and take cardiologist openian as soon as possible...
