What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Right Side Of My Head?

Hello, I have been feeling sharp pain in the righ side of my head all day, when I sit down i feel dizzy but when I close my eyes it feels like the room is spinning, I also have nausea with this
Is this anything bad?
((And does me being 14 have anything to do with it?))

3. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
4. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
5. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
6. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
7. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
