What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Stomach And Spotting?
Missed period last month and currently due for this month. Since last period was due i have been spotting for 90% of those days and still am. Took a few pregnancy test all negative. Early this morning i was awoken by a unreal stabbing pain in my low stomach. Id never had a pain like it. Lasted for about 3-4 mins. Today still spotting little crampy feeling. Whats wrong?
