What Causes Sticky Fluid Substance On Scalp?
My husband has had a clear, sticky fluid leaking out of his lower scalp. There was a day or 2 that it wasn t there, but now has come back. There is little to no sign of irritation on the scalp, just weird fluid stuff. No complaints of any real pain. Wondering what this may be.

The description suggest the possibility of scalp folliculitis.He might need to apply topical antibiotic creams like mupirocin.He may also need a course of oral antibiotics like doxycycline after consulting a dermatologist. Regards
