What Causes Sticky Urine With Abdominal Pain?

a few days ago i developed a pain in my left side, as if i got punched in the side and for 2 or 3 days i had really dark sticky urine. i started drinking alot more water but what causes sticky urine? i recently had part of my intestines cut out due to cancerous polyp..

pathology involving or spreading to kidney .

* Need work up with ultrasound with or without CT abdomen and pelvis .
