What Causes Stiff Muscles In Back Of Legs Causing Pain?
I have had tight muscles in the back of my legs for over five years it hurts so bad I cant do nothing but cry at times My primary care doctor has me on Durrgisic 75 mg every 3 days and Lortab 7.5 for break through maybe I have been on the same meds for too long but it still hurts I am not trying to get more drugs my daughter was a addict and died 5 years ago so I would never do that to myself

You can test your vitamin D3 level and if it is low you can take supplements of it. Calcium and EVIONLC are useful.
