I'm 66 yrs old 40 pounds overweight. Use to walk one hour per day 5 days a week. However I have stopped due to the fact that when bent while sitting or driving the car within 15 minutes my knees become stiff and hurt. However when I walk it off or when I walk they do not hurt. Why does this occur ?
