What Causes Stiffness And Pain In Neck,dizziness And Lethargy After A Sore Throat And Fever?
stiff neck, difficulty moving head forward towards neck. Pain on right side of neck underneath skull. dizziness - when lying down or turning around. Bending down too. Tired. very heavy body. All symptoms are a week after a sore throat and high fever.

After an infection like sore throat and fever, some joint pain can happen due to post-infective arthralgia. The symptoms that you have can be related to cervical spondylosis also.
