What Causes Stiffness At The Top Of The Right Leg?

I often get a tight feeling at the top of my right leg ~ some times feels as thought an elastic band is tied around the top of my leg ~ sometimes the tightness seems to originate at the top front middle of the leg size a couple of inches ~ walk with bit of a limp.

I would suggest you to get clinical checkup done by a orthopaedic surgeon. He may get x ray and ultrasound done. Most probably it is muscle spasm. Take Myoril tablet and you will be relieved. Also use warm water fomentation.
