I am in my 7th week of pregnancy. This is my second child. I have been having a stiff lower back, it does not hurt but there is a tingling sensation in the centre bone near my waist. Should I be concerned. I am also cramping occassionally in my lower abdominal area. I have nauseau on and off but no vomiting and I do not have any bleeding. Just been having v mild brown discharge. Please advise.
