Hi Doctor. I'm a 58 year old male. I'm working on a remote Island where the medical facilities are rudimentary. I started developing stiffness in my shoulders which has worsened in my left shoulder to a constant pain especially on my upper fore- arm. The medic says its arthritis ( both shoulders? ) and recommended exercise, which I do but it sems to be getting worse and is now across my back. shoulders. Been in pain now for about 2 months.
