What Causes Stinging Feeling In Penis After Having Protected Sex?

I had sex about 2 weeks ago, protected, but since then after I ejaculate my pee hole becomes quite sensetive to the point where it almost feels like a stinging. If I press on my penis, just around the nob, it has the same affect where it almost feels like a sting. Also after I ejaculate, just under the hole is red.
