Hello,
Your symptoms point to the possible presence of an abrasion or a small tear on the surface of the vulval region. This is the most likely reason for the pain and burning sensation you feel while passing urine over the spot and also the exaggeration observed while stretching the part. I would ask you to get a local examination done. If you are sexually active, please abstain until the spot heals. Do not use any tampons during periods; instead, use sanitary napkins. Please maintain genital hygiene and wash from front to back. Hope this helps.
