What Causes Stinging Sensation After Urination?

Most of the time towards the end of urination it stings and I m not sure why. There is nothing else that noticeably happens. Sometimes towards the end of my urination it will split into two streams or one stream will be normal while the second one just sort of drips. And usually in order to be fully finished I have to flex some of the different muscles in my pelvic area around my penis. I don t know if this is normal or not or what to do about it. It s happened since I was young.

HI
Well come to HCM
Although UTI is not common in male but of course this could be stone and possibility of this need to be ruled out and for that you need to get done the plain x-ray of abdomen, and urine analysis if this comes negative then this would be just nonspecific and then no need to worry about this, go on drinking more water, hope this information helps, take care.
