So when i am erect and during urination i get this slight stinging pinching in my penis. Some times i can feel it when just sitting around. It started a few days ago and i haven been sexually active in 10 months. thinking i have some kind of infection

Prostatitis
Sexually transmitted infections
Urethritis
Blockages in the ejaculatory duct
Nerve damage to the penis
Psychological problems
