What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Vomiting And Backache?

My mom is 76 years old. Had kidney stones about 5 months ago. About 5 days ago, had stomach pain and vomiting, and back pain. Today, about 4 pm, started getting nausea again. She is on lisinopril and metropolol, due to heart attack 7 years ago, due to stress, no blockage. Last cardiologist exam few months ago was fine, ekg was fine, bp fine, actually bit low. I am her daughter, developed gluten, dairy intolerant, with tree nut and glycerin allergy 6 years ago at age 45 and Candida overgrowth 3 years ago. Wonder if it could be kidney stone again or food intolerance. She has no chest pain or jaw pain or arm pain at all.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you are describing appears that they could be due to kidney stones. Although it has been treated, there are chances that it may recur. However, presently, she needs to be managed symptomatically.
Kindly give her tablet containing Pantoprazole with Domperidone once a day on empty stomach. If nausea and vomiting continues, you can give tablet containing Domperidone only.
Let her consume more quantity of liquids. For pain, she can take analgesic medication containing Diclofenac after food. Once stabilized, you need to consult Urologist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. If the symptoms do not subside or worsens, she needs immediate hospitalization.

Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
