What Causes Stomach Ache And Breast Pain?
i have a ache on my belly and have no idea why, its a weird pain, it started 4 am this morning and it will not go away, its not bad bad but it aches, i am suppose to get my period this monday the 10th, why do u think i have this weirfd pain in my belly? oh and my breast hurt and my lower back on the left.

The possible causes of your pain abdomen are:
- Sometimes abdominal pain, breast tenderness, backache,etc. can be seen during the premenstrual period.
- Gastrointestinal infections, gastritis, etc. can present with pain abdomen.
Symptoms due to reproductive hormonal fluctuation leading to premenstrual syndrome subside once the period starts. If the symptoms persist, even after starting of the period or gradually increases in severity, better to consult your gynecologist once and get examined. By clinical examination and investigations like ultrasound the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
