What Causes Stomach Ache And Diarrhea With Throat Swelling After Ingestion?

My daughter is reacting to something in the pizza she just ate - her throat swelled, wheezing, runny nose - huge stomach ache w/runny poo about 15 minutes after eating a palermo's pizza with the following ingredients: cultured milk, water, wheat flour, pork, beef, tomato paste, 2% less of: salt, soybean oil, yeast, spices, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, dextrose, lactic acid starter culture, flavor, sodium nitrite, citric acid
