What Causes Stomach Ache And Loose Motion?
i have stomach ache... n uneasyness... i had some spicy food from last one week.. also i had loose motions 3 days before so i took entro quinol tablet for 2 days.. now evry time i eat smthin i feel like very heavey inside my stomach and the site of pain changes evrytime.. smtym its abdomen.. smtime upper abdomen.. smtym sides of stomach.. plz help...

It seems that due to taking spicy food for one week there might be having stomach upset with indigestion producing this type of problem.
Take omeprazole medicine for few days.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Take curd, rice, milk, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
