Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach virus.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-take antacids for the stomach pain
-Get a lot of rest
-Stay hydrated;
- take small sips of
cold, clear, carbonated or sour drinks, such as ginger ale, lemonade, water, or mint tea.
-Gradually begin to eat easy-to-digest foods such as soda crackers, toast, bananas, rice, and chicken.
