Hi I am currently going thew a abortion and yesterday I went for my first pill do today I had belly ache then sat on sofa tonight and felt like my waters went a big gush I stood up and blood every were I went to toilet and a massive blood clot dropped is this normal

I suggest you to get a ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get check curettage done if the retained products of conception are present.
