Please write your query here my name is ashish agarwal from Jaipur. I have a sister whose age is 20 years old. she has symptoms like she say that her stomach ache is there and then she becomes unconscious for 1-2 hrs in two times a day. and her leg and hand become tight and sometimes in unconscious she take breathing for a longer duration .. this problem for last one month. please suggest the treatment. thanks Ashish agarwal Jaipur
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of your 20 year old sister having pain in abdomen followed by unconsciousness, legs and hands becoming tight and take long gaps in breathing. All these symptoms are suggestive of epilepsy or actual a brain tumor or so. I would advise you the following: Consult a Neurologist, get her MRI of the brain and EMG and other tests such as blood electrolytes and so on. This will find the diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
