What Causes Stomach And Tongue Pain?

Have stomach pains im always tired and dizzy recently also i expierence numbness in my tounge and consistent pain with red dots on my tounge i thinking it maybe a std but i been tested in septemeber and i was fine and this been happening for the past 2 weeks
