Feeling bitterness on vomiting is due to acid contents of stomach and/or bile coming into mouth. The Yellow indicates bile coming from small intestine into stomach and thence into the vomit due to a condition called as bile reflux.
The cause has to be found out as follows:
• Consult a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation.
• You need an Upper GI Endoscopy.
• Barium meal for esophagus, stomach and small intestines to see
whether there is any obstruction in the intestine causing reflux of
bile.
• Ultrasonography of abdomen to start with and CT scan if required.
• Take Domperidone after requesting for a prescription from your
doctor.
• Continue Omeprazole.
• Take Antacid when on empty stomach.
Further management as per the findings of investigations.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
