I have these conditions for several months, I feel bloated, gas and my anal burns after stool and sometime it itches. I did a colonoscopy last month and am still waiting for my results, I see my stool is foamy not much feels like its acidy. Can you please tell me what to do. I know things are not normaly in my stomach.
Hi. Thanks for your reference. Noted your history of bloating, gases, anal burning after stool and itching sometimes. This is going on for several months. Stool is foamy and feels like acid. waiting for the results of colonoscopy. I would suggest you the following: First of all, get the tests of stool for 3 consecutive days. Tests of blood particularly for ruling out diabetes. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole. Probiotics and multivitamins for a long time. Avoid all the foods and beverages that can cause intestinal problems. Get treated for any associated medical problems.
