Hello, My name is Anna. I am 27 years old. I have a concern in regards to my period. I was suppose to have my period this July 8. I didn t get my period until this July 12. I started with alot of cramping and my stomach got bloated which didn t even let me sit or walk normal it was painful. The pain went away after a few hours but I still have dark spotting and my stomach is bloated. What should I do? I feel like I haven t been eating nor resting?
