What Causes Stomach Bloating And Cramps In A Male?
Hi I am a fit and active 21 male and have been suffering from stomach cramps and extream bloating for the last few days the most worrying symptom however is that I also feel faint and dizzy I almost feel drunk ... This has happened to me few times in the past...
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your findings of being a male of 1 and suffering from stomach cramps and extreme bloating for the last few days, fainting and dizziness as if drunk, happened in the past too. The history is indicative of severe form of intestinal infection, the other symptoms of fainting and dizziness indicate of the toxemia and its effects and foretells the need of intensive care and management with proper antibiotics, probiotics, metronidazole, fluid and electrolyte replacement after proper tests of blood, urine and stool. Rush to ER or the nearby hospital to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
