What Causes Stomach Bloating And Lightheadness?

I have a bloated stomach and feel very light headed - my head feels like it has a bubble inside and I feel almost giddy - any ideas what can cause this? I have not been sleeping greatly either. I asm 44 years old, 5 foot 4'' and weigh 9 stone and am relatively healthy and fit.
