Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have had any missed period, it could be due either to the vaginal infection and the subsequent treatment being given or due to pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests read well 3-7 days after the missed period and not earlier. Blood test for pregnancy can be done prior to the onset of the next period, ten days after ovulation onward. Increased bladder movement can be seen with an enlarging uterus or with infection. Urinalysis will help to clarify. Smear can be taken executing precaution not to use instruments inside the cervix or uterus if pregnancy is suspected. A sonogram will help to conclude. Hope this helps.
