What Causes Stomach Bloating Despite Light Ingestion?

I am a 57 year old woman - I feel uncomfortably full after eating just a small amount - I can not seem to loose weight - I do eat healthy and clean. my stomach still feels bloated just in the stomach - I am not constipated and yet I feel very conscience of my tummy

Bloted stomach may be because of gastrointestinal infection.
Indigestion may cause gas problem in stomach.

Lactose intolerant may cause bloted abdomine and pain problem.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.
ultrasound sonography can use for diagnosis.
