What Causes Stomach Bloating Taking And Constipation After Lomofen Tablet?

day before yesterday i experience loose motions, I took lomofen tablet (Diphenoxylate hydrochloride atropine sulphate & furazolidone). Since yesterday i am unable to poop properly. My stomach feels full. I tried drinking hot milk yesterday. But still no relief

I appreciate your concern for the safety of Lomofen tablet.

Stomach bloating and constipation are the side effects of Diphenoxylate and Atropine sulfate components of the Lomofen tablets.

It seems you have an infective diarrhea, take only the Furazolidone drug if available.
Drink plenty of healthy water, increase the dietary fiber in your diet in the form of green leafy vegetables or fruits to relieve the constipation.
If the constipation does not subside you may have to take laxative like Dulcolax.
