Bloating might be related to Aerophagia (swallowing of excess air during eating or drinking), Smoking, use of carbonated or caffeinated beverages, Acid peptic disease or Acid reflux due to stomach hyperacidity. Naturolax may cause bloating as well due to putrefaction or indigestion. I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids Try to identify underlying cause for bloating among all the possibility I have mentioned above. If you don t find any relief than you should discontinue naturolax and switch over to other easily digestible or suitable alternative. In my opinion you should take plenty of fresh fruits and boiled vegetables in your diet. try to avoid smoking and alcohol if you are into it. Avoid junk and fatty food. go out for exercise regularly.
