What Causes Stomach Bloating With Acidity And Dysphagia?
hi Doctor...i m having excess acidity from past 5 days..there was burning n stomach and food pipe.. i consulted a doctor..he gave me some injections and medicines...the burning is over ..but the acidity is still there.. i feel that something is stuck in my neck..i burp a lot...also there is stomach fullness..what do i do? its very uncomformtable..and its been very long i m taking medicines and control diets but no releif :(
You are having acid reflux since long time .. You are using medicine and proper diet regularly as mentioned in history...
By acid reflux esophagitis can be there and it can lead to esophageal spasm and somewhat difficulty in swallowing...
Here hiatus hernia has to be ruled out.... Chest x ray and barium swallow examination useful.... If needed endoscopy done...
To minimize reflux elevate head while sleeping. Avoid large heavy meal... Avoid food which aggravate condition like coffe , chocolate , pastries etc... Don't go to sleep immediately after meal...
With keeping this in mind consult gastroentetologist.
Take care.
