Hi, I am a 29 year old female and I am getting fed up of feeling constantly bloated, extremely tired and needing to go to the toilet all the time. My arms and legs ache in the morning when I wake. I have been tested for diabetes and tests show there is nothing wrong, however for the past eight years or so I have suffered from these symtoms. I am thirsty quite a lot but don't want to drink too much water for fear of becoming even more bloated as it is so uncomfortable.
