What Causes Stomach Bloating With Vomiting, Flatulence And Headaches?

hi....

I'm a 26 year old female from South-Africa & don't know whats wrong with me. I feel bloated, sometimes it feels like I just whant to throw up which I actually did last week before I had something to eat. I get headackes & I'm gassy & I feel just lifeless. I sleep VERY bad & my hormones are sky rocketing the one day so that I feel like killing a person & the next I'm happy & then like today i'm just depressed. I whent to my dr. last week & tested for pregnancy which was negative.

What is going on with me please HELP!!!!
