Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bloating can occur due to common causes like excess intake of fatty foods, eating too fast, frequent chewing the chewing gums that entrap air, smoking, stress, excess intake of carbonated drinks while certain diseases like Irritable bowel disease and Lactose intolerance can also be a cause..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and along with clinical evaluation he can also advise you investigations like Colonoscopy, Barium swallow, blood test etc to rule out the exact cause of the bloating and treat accordingly..
You can be first of all advised to quit smoking as it is a cause for the bloating..
You can be advised to take light meals, eat every after 2 hours, avoid fatty food..
Limit intake of frizzy drinks, drink plain water instead..
Do moderate workout, take walks after meals..
You can also be advised to take Simethicone as it help in reducing intestinal gas and relieve bloating..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
