What Causes Stomach Bug Followed By Dehydration And Constipation?
My 3 year old had a stomach bug and after became dehydrated and constipated! He struggled to do a poo now 3 weeks later he still has a small amount of mucus in his poo and small amount of blood when wipping his bum! What is it and what should I do? Thx

Hi,
From history it seems that he might behaving GI tract infection, either amebic or bacterial giving rise this problem.
Go for ofloxacilin, tinidazole syrup course for 3-5 days.
Give him light diet.
Ok and take care.
