Hello,
Stomach cramps and constipation after sexual intercourse may not be related to each other.
This may be secondarily due to gastritis or intestinal infection or can be due to stress.
Also so I would suggest you to have a course of pantoprazole for 10 days , antispasmodic drotaverine for 5 days and have normal intercourse.
