General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be due to the spotting of blood per vaginum.

It has no relation with stomach pain.
You can be prescribed antacid tablet for stomach pain.

If your vaginal spotting increasing than USG pelvic scan should be done for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
