Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach cramps after ingestion which can be due to stomach infection or food poisoning. It could be due to poor digestion and impaired metabolism of body. It could be due to periods as well due to excessive muscle contractions. I would suggest you to take Loperamide or Furazolidone. Drink plenty of fluids and also take oral rehydration salts to recover for electrolyte loss. For stomach cramps you can take antispasmodics. Take more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet. Take a soft and light diet. I symptoms keep son persisting visit gastroenterologist once and get complete examination done. Start treatment after complete prescription.
