Hello

Smoking and drinking can cause gastritis or stomach ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity

I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids for 10 to 15 days
meanwhile try to avoid smoking weed and drinking
Avoid fatty fried and spicy food
Have lots of vegetables and fresh fruits

If it doesn't improve than I would refer you to a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and an ultrasound for further course of action

Thanks for your question
Regards
