What Causes Stomach Cramps And Burning?

Hello Dr. My name is Katie and Im 19. I woke up this morning really congested so before I did anything else I went and took some Dayquil now it feels like my stomach is burning and cramping. what can i do to solve this? I have to work today and I cannot call in :(

I really appreciate your concern, it could be drug induced gastritis and if I would be doctor of this case then I would advise to try the antacid that contained the local anesthetic agent have it four time in day and meantime try avoid the spicy food hope this information helps.
