Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
If there is fever,
stomach cramps with diarrhea then there will be chances of
electrolyte imbalance in the blood with gastric upset which requires immediate medical attention.
It could be because of acute
gastroenteritis or colitis or food poisoning.
You should be immediately monitored for vitals signs like temperature ,pulse and blood pressure etc.
You should take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral re-hydration solution.
The important thing is to combat cramps and diarrhea and for which you would require anti-diarrhea drugs like you are already taking imodium with antibiotics (
norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids, prebiotics and probiotics like sporolac-ds.
Paracetamol can be taken to reduce the fever but the important thing is to treat the underlying cause with complete course of antibiotics.
So,it would be advisable to see physician for all routine blood investigation and proper treatment.
Thanks and Regards,
