What Causes Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hello,
Three days ago I woke up with strong stomach cramps and diarrhea. On the first day, it only lasted in the morning. Yesterday the cramping and mild diarhea continued throughout the day and then I developed "eggy" like burps in the evening. This morning I've had the cramping and diarrhea, but no burping. I've also had lower back pain and headaches. No fever or vomiting---I'm wondering if this is an infection & if it is worth a visit to the doctor?

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea could be due to intestinal infection it could be protozoa infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with tab Metronidazole. For abdomen cramp tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried as per needed.
