What Causes Stomach Cramps And Heavy Brown Bloody Discharge?
So I think I may be pregnant. I ve been cramping for the past 3 days or so. It stopped today, and early this morning I wiped and there was discharge with brown spots. My cramps stopped. They returned later with heavy brown blood after I urinate. Could this be pregnancy? Losing the baby? Or my period. I have 2 days until my period.
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cramps in the lower abdomen, spotting followed by relief from cramps and continuation of bleeding are the symptoms which are present both in early pregnancy as well as during start of the periods. I will suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done to confirm whether pregnancy is there or not. If positive, then do get an ultrasound done to confirm the bleeding is due to miscarriage or due to bleeding around the fetus. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma OBGYN
