What Causes Stomach Cramps And Pain Under Ribs After Receiving Depot Shot?

I am 31 yrs old and received my first depo shot in Oct 2013, I do understand that it makes you feel pregnant, different side effects and I have a 12 yr old child but something is not right or wrong....I stopped bleeding that day I received the shot up until 1 in a half week ago. I am having extremely severe cramping, sharp stabbing pains at times on left side under my rib cage, changing pads and tampons 3 to 4 times throughout the day and night, constipation to now diarrhea, hot flashes, Im sweating at night, cant sleep at night but very tired and feel like I have no energy in the day, my stomach is firmer than normal and getting bigger (bloated), I notice little bumps under my skin on arms and chest like cysts or lymph nodes ( they dont move jus alot are starting to appear) my body feels very different like something is really wrong and I'm tired of bleeding. I did have a tampon stuck in me for a whole day embarrasing but yes, I had these symptoms except the night sweats before this happened tho. I had a pap smear 3 weeks ago before I start bleeding which was normal except a bv. I have a docters appt sheduled after the new year but I am very concerned.
