What Causes Stomach Cramps, Itchy And Odorous Vagina Post An Intercourse?
Hello I was trying to figure out why for the last couple of days I have found brown thick fishy smell in my underwear this started happen right after I had unprotected sex well it start like a day after and I haven t had my period and then I will have these cramps from my belly button on down . but before all this happen my Virginia would be hurting for like a day or 2 after I would finish having sex it would hurt and sting when I pee and it would also have my Virginia itch .. IS THIS A SIGN OR PREGANCY OR A EFFECTION .. ME AND MY EX BOYFRIEND WAS SEXUALLY ACTIVE WITHOUT USING A CONDOM . ? I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP

Your complaints of vaginal discharge with fishy smell are suggestive of bacterial vaginosis and should be differentiated from STDs . Pain and cramps after unprotected sex can be sign of any of following:
1. pelvic inflammatory disease
2.endometriosis
3.fibroid/cyst
4. early pregnancy
Metronidazole /clindamycin vaginal gels are prescribed for bacterial vaginosis by healthcare providers .
I would recommend you to consult your Gynecologist for definitive diagnosis and further treatment.
