What Causes Stomach Cramps, Nausea, Sore Breast?

i am two days late on my period and have been having pregnancy symptoms. usually when my period is about to start i am stuck in bed cramping stomach and back. but not this time, yet atleast.. incase it is just few days late. my boobs are so sore. i couldnt even stand to wear a bra today. the past few weeks ive been nauseous but not enough to throw up. i have taken 5 test and they all came back negative, all before my missed period and one today. the only difference i have undergone was starting taking klonopin for my nerves, which were always bad and still never had a late period excepct after getting off depo last sept, and finally got back on track in july. me and my ex had sex oct 25, which i was ovulating.. i didnt know of tho at the time. on the 6th of november i started my period (i think) unless it couldve been implantation bleeding but it lasted 5 days and was heavier than spotting. but i also take alot of ibuprofen and i am anemic so i dont know if that goes into play with that. well, the week of thanksgiving is when the nausea started, thanksgiving day i couldnt even be in the house around the food or smells. i am so confused with what is going on, can someone give me some kind of answers or advice?

Thanks for writing. You are probably suffering from premenstrual symptoms(PMS) but first you have to rule out pregnancy.Management of both conditions are different but as you told your urine pregnancy test is negative so it is most likely PMS.You need to take simple measures to make changes in your lifestyle-Regular exercise, weight reduction if you are overweight, avoid excess salt and spices in your diet as they may aggravate problem.Certain foot items-chocolate and cabbage is to be avoided. In addition to this you should have regular bladder and bowel habits i.e no constipation or urinary retention. You should be stress free and have a good sleep especially during premenstrual period.sometimes a small dose of sedative and laxative is also needed.Vit E and Primrose oil are also helpful .If your symptoms persists small dose of diuretic under supervision of doctor is helpful.
If you are still uncofortable then aharmonal pill can be helpful to you.
I think you will find it helpful
