What Causes Stomach Cramps Post A D&C Surgery?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most probably, it could be a spastic contraction of fallopian tubes due to inflammatory substance release after surgery. Take tablet cyclopam 12 hourly along with hot compression.

If still pain is not relieved, consult gynecologist who has done your surgery. Also, have ultrasound abdomen examination for proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
